Red Copse is an 8 bedroom luxury family home in Boars Hill near to Oxford city centre with cinema room, 3 reception rooms, open plan modern kitchen living dining space with a leisure wing offering a gym, swimming pool, bar, table football, mini pool/air hockey and darts. The garden boasts three tiled terraces, two lawns, a climbing wall, climbing frame and a koi pond.
The house is avaliable to rent for upto 16 guests as a BnB or short term holiday let.
It is perfect for a relaxed family and friend gathering. It is not a party house.

The space
Red Copse in Boars Hill is a family home with space for extended family and friends to gather. It can also be rented by a smaller group with fewer bedrooms, but still the same great facilities.
The open plan kitchen/diner is the heart of the house and provides a lovely space to be together.
The indoor heated pool is available for sole use by the guests. There are toys and floats available to be used by the guests during their stay.
There is a large lounge at the end of the house with a wood burner, perfect for a relaxing evening. Fire wood can be found in the wood store, at the side of the property.
The 8 bedrooms are spread over two floors, 3 have ensuite bathrooms and there is additional 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The pool has its own shower and toilet.
Guest access
Guest have access to all the lounges, kitchen, pool and gym.
There will be a caretaker onsite beyond the pool. They have their own self contain area. They enter their space via their own door. They have a car on the drive and will walk down the end of the garden to reach their accommodation.
They will be there to welcome you, show you how to use the pool and provide assistance if needed for the house.
The guest will be provided with keys and the fobs for the electric gates
